For years, I fell victim to my own mental health struggles. Battling with anxiety, depression and regulating my emotions, there were more times than not that I felt hopeless and out of control.
Through my struggles, I started practicing yoga in hopes of finding some kind of solace. It quickly became a practice I looked forward to daily, serving as an anchor keeping me steady throughout the rest of my day. Through yoga and meditation, I found clarity and peace, and transformed from the victim to the leader of my own life.
After years in the corporate world, I found that my daily environment was only fueling my struggles with anxiety and depression. I eventually made the decision to leave behind the fast-paced, high-pressure world of corporate and pursue a path of personal growth and fulfillment through yoga.
Driven by a desire to connect more deeply with myself and live more authentically, I trained as a yoga instructor, learning how to guide others in cultivating mindfulness, balance, and inner peace.
Now, as a dedicated yoga teacher, I strive to inspire others to break free from stress, anxiety, and other mental health struggles and find harmony within, offering a blend of physical practice, breathwork, and meditation.
It is never too late to follow your heart and create a life of purpose and well-being.
